But this morning, for the first time in a few weeks, I had "movement." Now is a good time to explain that I have my own personal dialect full of words with specific meanings unique to my vocabulary. "Movement" in this particular context means I could feel the fluid in my sinuses flowing and eventually draining through one outlet or another. Movement is very good for me because when my sinusitis is at its worst, the swelling closes everything up and I'm left with continuous, intense pressure with little hope of relief.

| The apple cider vinegar recipe that's working for me |
I am a confirmed skeptic of all things out of the norm. I want to believe that my elderly relatives knew natural remedies that actually worked, but it's hard for me to believe that they were, in fact, able to live well without modern advancements in food preservation, medicine and germ fighting. In my heart of hearts, I didn't expect apple cider vinegar tonic to really work for a sinus infection of any severity. But after two days, I'm feeling vastly improved and very optimistic. I may be a skeptic, but I'm not stupid and if it works, it works. I'll finish out the week as recommended, but it's definitely a case of so far, so good.
